Moving away from WordPress

WordPress can be great for bigger multiuser projects, but it can be a pain optimizing for content and small assets (as in javascript, images and stylesheets) as well. So I had been planning moving to some alternative. Eventually I wrote it myself and here is the result.

In my opinion WordPress is quite overloaded (at least for most of my goals) so I have been looking for something to replace it for a while now.

And because it would be boring to just use something off the shelf and most likely overloaded and not as simple as I'd like, I wrote something myself.

Since it's not quite done yet, but you can already create content with it, I will add some details later.

But as you can probably see, it's based on static html pages and well optimized assets.
